Job summary

Dynamo AI seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for public sector deployments, governance, and AI assurance. You’ll work on mission-critical environments, writing code, debugging complex systems, and building integrations for federal customers.

This is a hands-on engineering role intersecting software, deployment, and government technology. You’ll collaborate with customer teams and internal product groups to translate needs into working software, architectures, and actionable feedback,

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in software engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to solve hard technical problems in real customer environments.
• Comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous settings and iterative delivery.
• Ability to work across users, engineers, product teams, security, and mission owners.
• Interest in deploying AI evaluations, runtime controls, and governance in public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Become fluent in DynamoEval, DynamoGuard, AgentWarden and related tools.
• Translate federal requirements into practical architectures, integrations, and deployment plans.
• Create tailored demos, workflows, and collateral for federal teams and executives.
• Deploy, integrate, and support Dynamo capabilities across cloud, hybrid, on-prem, or air-gapped environments.
• Troubleshoot complex implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Provide field learnings to shape product roadmap and customer strategy.
