• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus one year of accounting/fiscal control experience.
• Associate's degree in business or related field plus three years of accounting/fiscal control experience.
• High school diploma or GED with five years of accounting/fiscal control experience, including two years as lead worker.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and plans work of assigned staff.
• Oversees accounting and fiscal control functions such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budget monitoring.
• Balances, reconciles, and maintains accounting records and related transactions.
• Coordinates review of documents for compliance and communicates program information/regulations.
• Verifies billing accuracy and tracks account activity; resolves billing inquiries.
