Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting plus three years of related experience.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Type accurately at a speed of 35 words per minute.

Responsabilités

• Processes a variety of invoices and billing.
• Maintains accounting files for accounts payable/receivable, and/or collections and related journals.
• Verifies financial documents for accuracy and adherence to mandates, policies and guidelines.
• Posts and maintains ledgers, vouchers and journals per account classifications.
• Prepares reports on service contracts, grants and reimbursements.
• Reconciles General ledgers and bank statements; reviews variances and resolves.
