Qualifications

• One year of applicable experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and timely.
• Review, reconcile, and maintain financial records; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and support accounting analyses and regular reporting.
• Research accounting questions and assist with resolving financial issues.
• Review financial documents for compliance with agency policies and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and staff with accurate financial information.
