Job summary

FiscalNote is hiring an Account Executive for the Public Sector team to target congressional, state, and local offices not currently using PolicyNote, CQ, or Fireside. You will own full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing, collaborating with Marketing and Product to articulate value and drive pipeline growth across Capitol Hill and beyond.

The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with quarterly commission opportunities, and FiscalNote supports competitive benefits and equity

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, competitive sales professional who is energized by the hunt for new business.
• Experience with full-cycle B2B enterprise sales is desirable.
• Ability to work with senior legislative staff and translate product value.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close net-new government offices using PolicyNote, CQ, and Fireside.
• Build and manage a pipeline targeting congressional, state, and local offices.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
