Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer service focused assistance to the Hartford HealthCare Community.
• Patrols and checks credentials, provides directions, and supports mobile or fixed area security.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate hazards and document activities.
• Maintain knowledge of instructions, policies, and procedures and communicate with leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and first responders when required.
