Responsibilities

• Provide customer service-focused assistance to patients, visitors, families and staff.
• Patrol facility and monitor for safety concerns; manage credentials and directions as needed.
• Respond promptly to incidents, assess hazards, and take appropriate action.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures; document activities clearly.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders when required.
• Communicate unusual situations to supervisors and request additional support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
