Qualifications

Must obtain IAHSS CHSO certification within 90 days of hire and maintain it.
Favorable driving record and background check required.
Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Receive and screen emergency and non-emergency calls for Public Safety services.
Monitor radio communications and coordinate with Public Safety units.
Dispatch officers and monitor video surveillance/alarms at SMH Main Campus and offsite facilities.
Maintain electronic logs and records of calls and activities.
Control access to sensitive areas and assist with training of staff.
