Qualifications

• High school diploma and 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and Public Safety/Security licensure within 30 days of hire.
• Passing score on Functional Job Screening.
• Complete Basic 16hr Public Safety/Security course within 90 days of hire (may be part of licensure).
• Ability to read and write the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide fire, safety, and security protection for Mercy's coworkers, patients, and visitors.
• Promotes and practices fire and safety prevention.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.
