Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking personnel to provide fire, safety, and security protection for coworkers, patients, and visitors. The role emphasizes fire prevention and adherence to Mercy’s Mission, Values, and Service Standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and obtain required Public Safety/Security licensure within 90 days. Certification such as IAHSS Basic is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid State driver's license required.
• Public Safety/Security licensure as required within 90 days of hire.
• Complete Basic 16hr Public Safety/Security course within 90 days of hire (May be done as part of licensure).
• IAHSS Basic certification is recommended.

Position Details

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma
• 18 years of age or older

Licensure

• Valid State drivers license required
• Valid local, state or federal Public Safety/Security licensure as required (within 90 days of hire)

Experience

Certification/Registration:

Complete Basic 16hr Public Safety/Security course within 90 days of hire (May be done as part of licensure) Officers in areas where there isn’t a licensing body, Completed IAHSS Basic.
