• Experience supporting critical IT operations in municipal environments.
• Knowledge of CJIS compliance and public safety technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and SCCM.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and technical support for City network devices and services.
• Configure and administer Windows Server, firewall, and network software/hardware.
• Lead network/infrastructure projects and collaborate with departments and partners.
• Support Public Safety hardware/software and maintain security tools integration.
• Document installations, create training materials, and participate in budget prep.
