Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2 years in IT/electronics or related field; substitutions allowed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve moderate complex network issues; document changes.
• Willingness to train users and assist with system deployments.

Responsibilities

• 35% Support daily operations of Card Access and CCTV systems including response to programming requests; maintain controllers and related hardware.
• 15% Maintain campus burglar and duress alarm systems; troubleshoot and reprogram alarms; train others on alarm operations.
• 15% Maintain Campus Emergency Call Box system; perform weekly tests and repairs.
• 15% Maintain Body-Worn Camera inventory, software, and evidence capture processes; troubleshoot equipment.
• 10% Assist Card Access and CCTV users in proper operation and provide programming services for special projects.
• 5% Participate in on-call schedule; 5% perform all other duties as assigned.
