Job summary

Mission Critical Partners, LLC is seeking a technical design consultant to lead public safety facility projects, including emergency communications centers and government campuses. You will design and migrate mission-critical technology infrastructure and coordinate with IT, vendors and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes standards-based redundancy, disaster recovery, and data center fundamentals, with travel 30–40% and CJIS compliance required on hire.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in engineering, IT, construction or related field in public safety or critical infrastructure.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, codes and standards and manage multiple projects.
• CJIS certification upon hire (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys, facility assessments, master planning and programming for public safety facilities.
• Design resilient infrastructure with redundancy, continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Develop technology roadmaps for CAD, NG911, GIS, radio, and video systems.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, budgets and recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
