The City of Richmond is seeking a GIS and Project Manager within the Technology Division of the Department of Emergency Communications, Preparedness and Response (DECPR). You will lead enterprise GIS administration, interface development, data management, and mission-critical system support for 911 operations and related agencies.

As the technical SME for GIS and CAD interfaces, you will coordinate with IT, vendors, and regional partners to design, implement, and maintain reliable public safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/Geography, GIS, or related field.
