• Experience in engaging senior/public sector stakeholders and fleet decision makers.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and contract vehicles.
• Ability to translate complex public safety needs into actionable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for public safety vehicle requirements and fleet operations across law enforcement, fire, and rescue.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities with local, state, and federal public safety agencies.
• Accelerate market penetration by providing insights on procurement trends, funding, and competitive offerings.
• Establish credibility with government fleet customers through industry experience and domain expertise.
• Leverage relationships with government officials and fleet leaders to support engagement and sales efforts.
• Conduct in-person visits, attend conferences, support vehicle demonstrations, and represent the company at events.
• Provide post-sale guidance for vehicle deployment, upfitting coordination, and lifecycle customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Fleet Government Sales, engineering, marketing, and leadership to align requirements with solutions.
• Educate customers on vehicle capabilities, procurement options, and industry trends.
• Enhance customer experience from pre-sale to post-delivery support.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback for internal stakeholders.
