Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking a Supervisor to manage the MTAPD fleet, facilities, events, and administrative projects at the MTA Police Department. The Manager, Fleet and Administration will coordinate resources, personnel, and workflows to support operations across the fleet and related admin processes.

Travel within the MTA region may be required, and the role includes collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and compliance

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Public Administration required.
• Minimum 5 years in law enforcement administration or related fields.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of MTAPD fleet operations and facilities.
• Coordinate with command staff to resolve fleet-related issues and support readiness.
• Manage department property and capital/non-capital facility improvements.
• Oversee procurement, invoicing, and interagency communications for fleet and facilities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for executive leadership.
