Lower Colorado River Authority is seeking a Public Safety Dispatcher to support critical infrastructure protection on the waterways and lands. The role involves dispatching personnel, monitoring cameras and alarms, and notifying staff about incidents.

It is a part-time position with rotating shifts and weekend coverage. The role emphasizes safety, respect, service, initiative, and integrity, with qualifications including basic telecommunicator licenses and TCIC/NCIC certifications, plus CJIS

Qualificações

• Two or more years of experience operating security systems and public safety dispatch/communications
• One or more years of LCRA Public Safety experience
• Current certification in Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Driver's license; CDL if operating Mobile Command Post only

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch Law Enforcement personnel
• Answer radio traffic, and non-emergency and emergency phone lines
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Send notifications to employees about critical incidents

Conhecimentos

Experience in public safety dispatch

LCRA Public Safety experience

First Aid/CPR/AED certification

Driver's license
