Qualifications

• Two years of experience using two-way radio, multi-line telephone, or CAD systems.
• Two years of experience using computer systems for entering, updating, and retrieving information.
• 60 college credits or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from the public and 911 operators.
• Dispatch incidents and relay information to Troopers and PCOs.
• Coordinate with municipal services for incident response.
• Access and maintain records in electronic systems.
• Assist the public and arrange for Trooper assistance when needed.
