Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency requests by telephone, radio, and in person.
• Monitor radio communication on multiple frequencies and respond promptly to traffic.
• Coordinate and dispatch on- and off-campus emergency resources.
• Utilize CAD to document actions and track progress of calls.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system including Telephony (TTY).
• Dispatch Safe Team, Parking Enforcement, and other personnel as requested.
