Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in master files and support tools.
• Establish and maintain database security and integrity controls.
• Install, configure, and maintain database servers for uptime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors and performance issues.
• Monitor backups and ensure recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with developers on database and integration issues.
• Provide backend support for public safety operations and inter‑agency systems.
• Document standards and maintain database-related procedures.
