Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work all hours, holidays and weekends.
• Probation leading to Trainee levels with required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems for incidents and coordinate information exchange.
• Receive, evaluate, verify, and document reports via telephone, radio, CAD, email, and other channels.
• Maintain incident records, logs, timelines, and notifications.
• Maintain dispatch center readiness and monitor equipment and data feeds.
• Maintain required certifications including EMD, EPD, and CPR.
