Qualifications

• 1+ years of public relations, communications, marketing, journalism or related experience.
• Genuine interest in PR, media, pop culture, social trends.
• Curious about news cycles and cultural moments shaping conversations.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the PR team in developing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness.
• Monitor news, pop culture, and social conversations for timely opportunities.
• Identify moments to turn into smart, relevant PR ideas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
• Pitch stories and coordinate media interviews with Chili’s spokespeople.
• Monitor media coverage and share insights with internal partners.
