Job summary

• Deep fluency in social analytics and listening tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Chili's organic content calendar across all core social platforms. Decide what gets posted, when, and why.
• Own organic content from concept to publish, in partnership with direct report and agencies. Creative team provides input on creative concepts but this role drives execution.
• Own social reporting from end to end. Connect performance data and social listening into one story that shows how social drives business results, tracked in real time and consistent with finance and insights.
• Track culture and trends daily. Flag moments early so Chili's joins the conversation while it still matters.
• Own the social moderation strategy, directing our agency partner on brand voice, response guidelines, and escalation paths, while building real connection with fans through comments and daily interaction so the community feels heard at all hours.
• Coach and develop a direct report, setting clear goals, giving regular feedback, and building the skills and career path of a junior team member.

Job Summary

This role reports to the Director of Social Media, Influencer and Campaigns and own the strategy behind social media, reporting, and trend spotting. The role centers on three things: mapping out what we post and when, partnering with our creative team to bring it to life, and using reporting and social listening to prove what works and cut what doesn’t. Clear benchmarks and modern tracking show us where we stand. This keeps reporting focused on driving decisions across the team.

What You Bring To The Team

• 5-7 years of social media management client side or 7-10 years of social media management experience agency side with a track record in strategy and analytics
• Deep fluency in social analytics and listening tools, with the ability to translate numbers into a clear point of view
• Experience managing or coaching a direct report, with a track record of developing talent.
