The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) seeks a Communications Specialist to support the Public Relations and Communications Strategy team by managing social media accounts, handling general email inquiries, and assisting with email marketing and website content.

ASWB operates a hybrid work model. Preferred candidates will reside in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland and be able to commute to the office for in-person meetings and team activities at least two days per month.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years in communications, public relations, or related role.
• Experience managing customer service correspondence and coordinating across departments.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Proofreading and editing competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with social media content and postings under supervision.
• Monitor comments/messages and coordinate responses with team members.
• Provide summaries and reports on social media activity.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and reporting.
• Help maintain ASWB website content and digital publications.
• Support internal communications across departments.
