Job summary

AviaGames is seeking a highly organized PR Manager to join our Marketing and Communications team. This role supports brand and product publicity across North America, handling media relations, press materials, event coordination, and cross-functional communication between internal teams and external agencies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about storytelling, able to translate complex game products into clear narratives that strengthen AviaGames' brand image

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of PR/communications experience (agency or in-house).
• Excellent writing, editing, and AP style familiarity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
• Experience with media monitoring tools and press distribution platforms.
• Passion for gaming and digital media; storytelling for complex products.
• Team player with proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PR operations, including media outreach, press monitoring, and coverage tracking.
• Maintain and expand relationships with local and regional media outlets across North America.
• Draft and edit press releases, talking points, Q&A documents, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate with external PR agencies and vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Assist in preparing media kits, interview requests, and event logistics (virtual & offline).
• Maintain the company’s media contact database and press archive.
• Support partnership PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor public sentiment, competitive trends, and potential PR risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UA, Brand, Legal, Operations) to ensure message consistency.
