leading lifestyle communications agency is seeking an experienced PR Manager to support a diverse portfolio of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. This role will serve as a PR generalist, developing and executing communications strategies, strengthening media and influencer relationships, and supporting launches, events, and brand activations.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both traditional PR and influencer marketing, with a proven ability to secure consistent media coverage, develop creative programming, and manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is a mid-level management opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and confident working directly with clients, media, creators, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute PR strategies across a portfolio of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, creators, tastemakers, VIPs, and industry contacts
• Identify opportunities for earned media, influencer partnerships, product seeding, events, and brand activations
• Develop press materials including pitches, press releases, key messaging, briefing documents, FAQs, and media materials
• Consistently identify and secure relevant media placements across print, digital, broadcast, and social platforms
• Develop creative influencer programming, including paid and organic partnerships, gifting, collaborations, and event integrations
• Manage influencer campaigns from concept through execution, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, timelines, and deliverables
• Create influencer briefs and content guidelines that align with brand objectives and campaign strategy
• Identify and secure media and talent for events, launches, mailers, seeding initiatives, and other brand moments
• Support media outreach and attendance for virtual and in-person events
• Partner with senior team members on larger PR strategies, campaigns, activations, and special projects
• Work closely with junior team members to ensure timelines, deliverables, placements, and reporting stay on track
• Assist with client meetings, presentations, events, and day-to-day account management
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, reports, recaps, and other account materials
• Help onboard and mentor junior team members as needed
• Stay current on beauty, wellness, entertainment, pop culture, media, and social trends

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5+ years of PR, influencer marketing, or communications experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Experience working with beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Strong existing media and influencer relationships
• Proven experience developing and executing influencer campaigns across both paid and organic programs
• Experience with influencer negotiations, contracts, timelines, and campaign management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Ability to understand social KPIs, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong pitching, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
• Confident, positive, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and PR/media monitoring and influencer management platforms
• Genuine passion for beauty, wellness, pop culture, and the evolving media landscape
