Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Proactively book interviews and maintain a steady calendar of weekly media appearances, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement.
  • Manage PR events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across all internal and external collaborators—including media contacts, event partners, talent, and team members—by providing the necessary resources, information, and support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure unified messaging and maintain brand reputation.
  • Craft compelling press releases, talking points, pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Support trade show and event initiatives, including planning, logistics coordination, and promotional outreach.
  • Monitor media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on PR trends, platform updates, and communications best practices.
  • Develop content for newsletters, one-pagers, website bios, and informational collateral that reflect brand tone and values.
