The successful Public Relations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of PR programs for assigned clients, coordinating projects, timelines, vendors, and internal partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with approved strategy. • Support the PR team in developing press releases, media advisories, story pitches, scripts, speeches, talking points, stakeholder communications, blog content, social media posts, and other PR materials
  • Write compelling, on-brand content across earned, digital and social channels, adapting tone and style to different audiences and campaigns
  • Assist in leading media outreach — pitching stories, fielding media inquiries, and managing client/media relationships
  • Lead complex earned media monitoring and reporting programs to show our clients the impact of our work
  • Organize press conferences and media availabilities; coordinate media interviews in-person and remotely

  • Create and manage project and budgets, keeping work on track and within scope
  • Build strong community and media relationships that support future business opportunities
  • Stay current on news, digital trends, and PR tactics, and understand how to drive audience engagement
  • Communicate effectively across the client and agency team, resolving issues proactively and choosing the right channel for the situation
  • Take ownership of individual deliverables while contributing to team goals and agency growth
  • Demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail in every aspect of your work
  • Understand and advance the agency’s cultural ethos of “The Difference is Making One”
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in public relations; agency experience preferred
  • Strong writing skills across a range of styles, tones, and formats
  • Proficiency with social platforms (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Dropbox)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and strong problem-solving skills
