Qualifications

• 4+ years in PR/communications (in-house or agency), incl. 1–2 years with B2B brands in tech/SaaS or regulated industries.
• Exceptional writer/editor with published thought leadership, bylines or earned placements.
• Proficiency integrating AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) into PR workflows while maintaining brand voice.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
• Proficient with PR measurement tools, competitive intelligence and reporting.

Responsibilities

• PR projects & campaign execution: develop and execute PR strategies and deliverables.
• Storytelling & content generation: produce narratives from complex strategies and launches.
• Cross-Functional synergy: partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Social and Events.
• Agency coordination: manage external PR agency relationships, briefs, timelines, and quality.
• PR operations & process standardization: maintain templates and documentation, establish frameworks.
• Performance tracking: monitor share of voice, media sentiment, reach, and prepare executive reports.
