Medidata, a leading life sciences digital solutions provider, is seeking a Public Relations Manager to join the External Communications team. You will shape external narratives across clinical milestones and research initiatives, working with growth marketing, product, and events to ensure cohesive messaging.
You will oversee campaigns, manage agency partnerships, and measure impact with executive reporting, while applying AI tools to accelerate drafting and analytics in a regulated industry.
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

The External Communications team crafts and disseminates the corporate narrative that elevates Medidata's leadership in life sciences. As the Public Relations Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director, External Communications. In this role, you will execute PR and brand initiatives to generate awareness, strengthen perception, and deliver a cohesive external story across our commercial milestones, scientific breakthroughs, and our expanding academic research and clinical initiatives.
As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in New York is $96,000 - $128,000

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $96,000 and $128,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
