Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Public Relations Manager to elevate earned media and protect brand reputation across consumer brands. You will report to the Director, Digital Activation & eCommerce within Marketing and partner across Brand, Digital, Sales, HR, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of related PR or corporate communications experience.
• Proven success in media strategy and earned coverage.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication; adaptable to audiences.
• Experience handling sensitive issues and crisis communications.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate across functions.
• Experience managing agencies and budgets.
• Proficiency with media monitoring, analytics, and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel periodically and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual PR strategies aligned with marketing priorities.
• Lead earned-media programs for campaigns and product launches.
• Build relationships with media and influencers.
• Serve as primary media contact and coordinate spokespeople.
• Write press releases, pitches, messages, and Q&As.
• Manage crisis communications and response plans.
• Coach executives for interviews and external engagements.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Digital, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, and more.
• Translate product claims into clear communications.
• Direct agencies and manage budgets and scopes.
• Monitor media and provide leadership with insights.
• Establish measurement plans and report results.
• Maintain media lists and editorial calendars.
• Support internal communications when needed.
