Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support the execution of PR campaigns, media outreach, and internal communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, an eye for newsworthy content, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and distribution of press releases, media kits, and newsletters.

  • Coordinate media outreach efforts, including building media lists and tracking coverage.

  • Monitor media outlets for coverage of the company and industry-related news.

  • Maintain and update the PR database, media contact lists, and press clippings archive.

  • Support the planning and execution of public events, press conferences, and promotional activities.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
