SalesBizLab We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in communications and public relations, and will play a critical role in supporting our public relations efforts. In this position, you will assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies that align with our company goals and brand image

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing and distributing press releases and other PR materials
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities
• Maintain and update media lists and contact information
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public relations activities
• Assist with social media management and content creation
• Coordinate meetings and communication with clients and media representatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Some experience in public relations, communications, or related fields preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
