Job summary

Pierce County's Public Records team is seeking a skilled eDiscovery professional to locate, analyze, and produce records in response to public records requests and litigation holds. You will collaborate closely with IT and other departments to conduct defensible searches of ESI and ensure transparency for the community.

In this role, you will apply the Washington State Public Records Act, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality while delivering timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• Six years of related experience, including two years in public records work.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for up to four years of experience.
• A resume and cover letter are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Discover, locate, search, process and produce records, including ESI.
• Support technology for Public Disclosure functions: searches, holds, production.
• Perform data searches using various eDiscovery tools and prepare data for review.
• Assist with handling complex and sensitive Public Records Requests.
• Ensure timely, adequate responses in accordance with regulations.
