Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with public records laws, legal compliance, or governmental transparency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Public Records Act Response: oversee records requests and ensure proper application of laws; coordinate with counsel and stakeholders.
• Subpoena handling: review, process, and maintain documentation of subpoenas and other legal requests.
• Compliance and records management: ensure timely, lawful responses and accurate recordkeeping.

Education
