• Tracks costs associated with responses (staff time, pages, copies, and related charges).
• Assists in interpreting exemptions and provides basic guidance on exemptions to requestors.
• Redacts confidential information under exemptions prior to releasing records.
• Ensures responsiveness of records requests by reviewing documents and searches to address request specifics.
