The Analyst II, under general direction of the Supervisor I in the Public Records Act (PRA) Oversight Unit, will perform complex analytical tasks as it relates to the PRA requests received by the unit.
The PRA Oversight Unit is part of the Office of the Director, Legal Unit (known as "OD Legal"). This unit serves a key role within OD Legal and the department as a whole. It will enhance DIR's ability to be more responsive to PRA requests, mitigate complaints from the public, and limit exposure to PRA-driven lawsuits.

This is a full-time position located in the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of the Director, Legal Unit (known as "OD Legal"). Employees in this position work in an office environment, have assigned offices and work at desks, and are required to work extensively on computers as necessary for the drafting of correspondence, briefs and other documents, and for research, email communication, file review, training and other purposes.
Telework schedules: The expectation is that all staff will work in office 4 days a week starting July 1, 2026.
The hours are usual business hours Monday through Friday.
