You will coordinate with regional teams, consultants, and funding agencies to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in railroad project management, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel up to 40% across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) with 5 years related experience.
• Experience managing railroad public projects and associated signals, track and engineering.
• FRA regulations and FHWA requirements familiarity for public funded projects.
• Experience with railroad signals installation and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Manage the public projects process for 500+ U.S. based G&W railroads ensuring timely, cost-effective completion.
• Oversee consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Build relationships with funding agencies and engineering staff to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FRA rules, FHWA guidelines, and company standards.
• Maintain documentation for audits and conduct regular field audits.
• Travel up to 40% and adapt schedules to inspections.
