Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Government Compliance Counsel to promote adherence to public procurement laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role supports the Government Compliance program, provides expert guidance on compliance obligations, and coordinates with CORE, Global Contracting, and outside counsel.

Key responsibilities include training delivery, policy development, risk assessments, and strategic collaboration with Legal and senior leaders. Some travel required; U.S.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Compliance Attorney with expertise in public procurement rules and US Government Compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Government Compliance program initiatives.
• Develop and deliver Government Compliance training.
• Draft and review Government Compliance policies and internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments with senior management and outside counsel.
• Assist in training and monitoring tools for compliance risks.
