Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience teaching adult learners in academic instruction or corporate training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex material into clear, engaging instruction.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality instruction in virtual and in‑person formats with learner‑centered methods.
• Provide oversight for self‑paced online courses and student engagement.
• Offer tutoring and support to diverse learners and manage classroom dynamics.
• Design, develop and revise curriculum aligned with adult learning theory.
• Support procurement and training topics relevant to public governance.
