You will perform complex analyses, policy writing, and cross-department coordination for the BOCC and County Manager's Office, supporting budgeting, enterprise systems, and county initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's in Public Administration preferred; Bachelor's in Public Administration required with 1 year public sector experience.
• Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
• Strong research, budgeting, and policy analysis skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex research programs and services.
• Prepare policy memos and staff reports with fiscal impact.
• Assist BOCC with agendas, materials, and documentation.
• Support department budgeting and financial analysis.
• Represent County priority in cross‑departmental discussions.
