Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, government, public policy or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in political fundraising, campaign finance or PAC management; nonprofit experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of compliance and filing laws, and the federal legislative process.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with lawmakers and policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of ASHA-PAC, including fundraising strategies, disbursements, recording transactions, and reporting.
• Ensures full compliance with lobbying disclosure laws and regulations.
• Assesses candidate credibility and viability for federal office seeking ASHA-PAC support.
• Organizes and attends political events and develops coordinated advocacy strategies.
• Collaborates on strategic communications and grassroots materials for ASHA’s Public Policy Agenda.
• Serves as ex-officio to the ASHA-PAC Board and supports monthly updates for contributors.
