Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student at a vocational program, job readiness program, or an accredited college or university with at least a 2.0 GPA.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
• Working knowledge of digital camera equipment, especially Sony A7III or similar models.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the District 3 website with press releases, statements, and event postings.
• Support photo and video production for events, press conferences, and meetings.
• Operate and maintain camera equipment (Sony A7III or similar).
• Edit and produce digital media using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
• Create large-format printed materials for events and signage.
• Provide administrative communications support (ordering, logistics, vendor outreach).
• Collaborate with Communications and Community Engagement teams for outreach.
• Serve as on- and off-camera support as required.
• Transport equipment to event locations.
