Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years or more of verifiable experience in digital transformation or Information Technology, including at least three years supervising IT professionals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; education substitution allows additional supervisory IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience working in a public-sector or governmental IT environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward‑thinking IT strategy that aligns with the Library’s mission and goals.
• Oversee enterprise IT systems, architecture, security, risk management, and infrastructure to deliver reliable, scalable services.
• Lead IT operating model, governance, budget planning, and vendor relationships to ensure fiscal discipline and value delivery.
