You will support partners through all stages of civil litigation, including discovery, motions, oral argument, mediation, and trial case-management.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in public law litigation.
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills.
• Writ of mandate and/or appellate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, oral argument, mediation, and trial case-management skills.
