Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Public Law Litigation Associate to join our San Francisco, CA team. The role focuses on complex matters involving land use, municipal finance, governance, and constitutional issues.

The attorney will support senior lawyers and collaborate across a busy civil litigation practice in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of public law litigation experience, excellent writing and research skills, and admission to the California State Bar.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in public law litigation.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Writ of mandate and/or appellate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation.
• Conduct case assessments, discovery, and motion practice.
• Participate in oral arguments, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Manage cases to ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules.
