Job summary

The Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Information Technology & Operations to lead IT networks, security, and service delivery for Oakland's public housing programs.

The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of IT management experience in public housing or eight years in upper-management within affordable housing. A foundational ITIL certification is required within six months of joining the team, with bilingual communication desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, business admin, or related field.
• 4+ years managing complex IT networks and systems for a public housing agency; or 8+ years in upper-management IT with an affordable housing agency.
• ITIL Foundation-level certification or higher within six months of hire.

Responsibilities
