Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience with multi-unit housing property management; PSH experience a plus.
• Experience with Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and LIHTC; program management preferred.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience; three (3) or more years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policies and programs to prevent homelessness and maintain stable housing.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to move activities and projects forward.
• Develop, oversee, and implement projects and programs across housing operations.
