Strong tools proficiency and a relevant degree are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls or program management for public-sector infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing capital improvement programs (CIP), transportation, or public facilities projects.
• Strong background in cost control, scheduling, and reporting for government-funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-wide controls for county/state capital projects.
• Produce executive reports for County leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish and standardize PMO procedures aligned to public sector project delivery.
