Michael Baker International is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee housing, infrastructure, resilience, and public facility projects for government programs. You will lead planning, execution, QA/QC, documentation, and closeout while coordinating with owners, designers, engineers, inspectors, and grant staff.

The role requires seven+ years in construction management or related fields, plus credentials such as CCM, PMP, PE, or ICC; experience with e-Builder, Primavera P6, Procore, or MS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture (preferred).
• At least seven years of progressive construction management, inspection, owner's representative, or contractor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage preconstruction, mobilization, construction, inspection, punch list, turnover, warranty, and closeout activities.
• Review scopes, plans, specifications, estimates, schedules, work plans, submittals, RFIs, and change proposals.
• Monitor contractor progress, staffing, productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to contract requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, engineers, inspectors, contractors, authorities having jurisdiction, and grant/compliance staff.
• Prepare construction status reports, forecasts, photographs, meeting minutes, and executive briefings.
